Your credit card number, home address, and name can be inputted through your use of Company’s software, but Company does not collect, maintain, or have access to such information.

Use of Your Information

All the materials on Lex LLC’s Website are provided "as is". Lex LLC makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Lex LLC does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.

If you request that Company delete your personal information, Company will do so and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions of the Services that require your personal information to operate.

Please note, if you ask Company to delete or stop selling your data, it may impact your experience with the Services, and certain functionality of the Services that require the usage of your personal information to function may not work. But in no circumstances, will Company discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Service Providers

Company may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Services (“Service Providers”), provide Services on Company’s behalf, perform Services-related services or assist Company in analyzing how its Services are used.
